More than 100 diners and farmers and food purveyors sat down together for a five-course, open-air dinner Saturday evening to benefit Friends of Grandview Park on Mount Washington. Chef Justin Severino of the new Elements Cuisine, Downtown, used locally sourced ingredients and drinks for the dinner. The event's aim was to raise awareness among diners about the sources of the food they eat and to support local farmers, and Elements plans to hold more like it.
