The high school musical season has begun in the PG East region.

Many of the musicals have been entered into one of two awards shows.

The 14th annual Westmoreland Night of the Stars will begin at 6:45 p.m. May 5 at the Palace Theatre, Greensburg. The 13 East schools that are entered are denoted below with +.
