Robert Morris has signed three players -- all of whom will be freshmen next season -- in the early signing period.

Coach Mike Rice announced the signings of 6-foot-8 forward/center Brad Piehl from New Knoxville, Ohio, 5-9 guard Karon Abraham from Patterson, N.J., and 6-7 forward Lijah Thompson from Philadelphia.

"Brad, Karon and Lijah are diverse in regard to the elements they bring to the table," Rice said. "It's important to have a solid backcourt in the Northeast Conference, and Karon brings depth at guard for us. Brad and Lijah bring size and athletic ability to the frontcourt."
