FITTIPALDO: The only freshman who is eligible for a redshirt is Dwight Miller. And Dixon has stated that it is his intention to redshirt Miller because he missed so much time during the fall with a bruised heel. As for Robinson's reduced playing time, it's quite simple. Gilbert Brown is healthy again and he's playing 20-25 minutes a game. Robinson did a great job filling in as a reserve forward when Brown was out with his stress fracture, but there's only so many minutes to go around. He might not get a chance to be a major contributor this season, but after watching him play I'm convinced that Robinson is going to be a very valuable player for Pitt in the years to come.
