One person was taken to Allegheny General Hospital last night after a fire consumed a home in Millvale, county dispatchers said.

Firefighters were called to the blaze, in the 100 block of Davis Street, about 6:15 p.m. and found the rowhouse engulfed in flames.

Dispatchers received reports of two injuries, but just one person was taken to the hospital, where his condition was unknown last night.

The Allegheny County Fire Marshal was called to the scene but could not be reached for comment last night.

Investigators were working to determine the cause of the fire.
