DEP orders real estate company to fix contaminated water supply at complex in Armstrong County
The state Department of Environmental Protection has ordered the owner of Shadyside Village, a low-income housing development with 200 residents in Armstrong County, to permanently fix the development's water supply, which has been contaminated by sewage since mid-November. (Today)
