The Crooked Creek Triathlon consists of three events broken into sprint and intermediate levels: a 750/1500 meter swim, a 17.5/37k bike and a 5/10k run. Competition is broken down in gender and age groups. There is also a team division available. An award ceremony and party, with food and drink, will follow the event.

The Heart Of Gold Foundation For Sarcoidosis is the first chapter in the Pittsburgh area to raise awareness for this devastating disease.
